The Dutch Amsterdam Clinic company “Fundis” organized a lecture with club members at the Fifth Settlement branch in the presence of Captain Raouf Abdel Qader, Director of the Olympic Champion Project, and Dr. Mohamed Zaghloul, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, to activate the club’s project in discovering, preparing, and developing talent.

The company was keen to introduce Al-Ahly Club members to the company’s role in developing children’s abilities and skills, through measurements and a performance improvement program conducted by a group of Dutch experts.

The last period witnessed agreement on all the details of the project, which is directly sponsored by the Dutch Embassy in Egypt, based on the Al-Ahly club’s status and popularity, which the embassy is counting on for the success of the experiment in Egypt, after which the project will be launched in the Middle East and Africa.

The project works to create a huge base of athletes by discovering talents and improving sports performance, and working to benefit from European experiences in general and Dutch experiences in particular, as the Netherlands’ experience represents a distinguished model in discovering and developing talents, especially with achieving advanced positions in the Olympic tournaments, where it achieved great successes in terms of championships and medals after the Dutch teams achieved great and distinguished results despite the size of their population, which reveals the presence of a large talent base.
