The project works to create a huge base of athletes by discovering talents and improving sports performance, and working to benefit from European experiences in general and Dutch experiences in particular, as the Netherlands’ experience represents a distinguished model in discovering and developing talents, especially with achieving advanced positions in the Olympic tournaments, where it achieved great successes in terms of championships and medals after the Dutch teams achieved great and distinguished results despite the size of their population, which reveals the presence of a large talent base.
The project’s mechanism of work depends on discovering talents from the ages of 4 to 16 years, by holding periodic gatherings in the club’s branches in Nasr City, Sheikh Zayed, and the Fifth Settlement, as a first stage, and a team of Dutch experts will conduct measurements and tests for the different talents, and based on them, everyone will be divided. It is divided into several categories related to the degree of talent and readiness to play games according to the capabilities and abilities of each player while developing superior programs to develop them appropriately while directing distinguished elements to join the club’s various gaming academies, which provides an opportunity to uncover distinguished talents that will be the nucleus of Al-Ahly teams in the future.
